To authorize the construction of betterments and improvements to the Water Reclamation System to the City of Little Rock, Arkansas; to authorize the issuance of a Water Reclamation System Revenue Bond, Series 2024, for the purpose of financing the cost thereof; to provide for the payment of the principal and interest on the bond; prescribing other matters relating thereto; and for other purposes.
